Oh man, I love this idea so much. I love moving my body- whether itβs yoga, strength training at the gym, cycling, or hiking. I have gratitude for my yoga instructors because they always ask for time to acknowledge that you brought yourself on the mat but I think I take for granted that I move my body in those other ways because they are so deeply ingrained in my routine. Would love to take those 2 minutes at the gym or on my bike or the trail to savor π will implement!
