Thinking about that transition from work to home, I think that's why I don't like working from home and I like that there's a little drive in between home and work. It gives me some time to just blast music or listen to a good book, it creates literal space in between the two.

Thanks for sharing Sophie! I hear you and the importance of this SPACE for you. Yes! I can relate, when I moved to San Juan Island for the first time I arrived without a car. I choose to bike and had about a 20 min bike ride between where I lived and the farm I was interning on. This was the first time I acknowledged the incredible gift of this 20 min span of time. Happy you have this in your life and you can acknowledge it makes a difference.

Love love the sound of your beautiful voice, the words of wisdom and the sexy smacking sound of your mouth, lips, tongue and breath. And your laugh. Meditation for me…a few minutes before going to work laying on my floor or the couch, some box breathing, eyes closed. I know a long day is coming but these precious few moments are time to relax

Hi Tahir,

Thanks for sharing your, unique to you, way of meditating. I love hearing about how you take a few minutes to tune, relax and internally prepare for the day. Yes 🙌
